Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All shipments are dispatched from Switzerland within 14 business days. Transit times start from shipping date, not the order date. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled the following business day. Thank you for your patience as our small team packs everything with care.

Shipping costs, custom duties and all other occurring costs that may be incurred upon shipment are not covered by Alita and must be paid by the costumer. ALITA cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from customs procedures.

RETURNS

We hope you will love your ALITA piece.

If you wish to return your order, you may do so within fourteen days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopalita.com including your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns must be approved prior to dispatch. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Please note that we can only accept returns by post. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the item remains your responsibility until it we have received it.

REFUND

Any refunds will be made to the account you have used for payment after inspection of your returned good. We will not refund any shipping cost, custom duties or other occuring cost.
